It is on July 3,4,and5. There are fireworks on the 3rd. All kinds of bikers are there, a lot of vendors, live music, and food. MiCarl Posted June 30, 2009 #5 Posted June 30, 2009 So, there's a motorcycle rally in Newport Kentucky. What about Cincinnati? Nothing going on, as usual?
Yama Mama Posted June 30, 2009 Author #6 Posted June 30, 2009 So, there's a motorcycle rally in Newport Kentucky. What about Cincinnati? Nothing going on, as usual? Carl, what a hurtful, but accurate thing to say about my hometown. No not much going on in Cincinnati, but look across the river. Hopefully there will be a big crowd. We always enjoy it. Usually meet, some very interesting bikers. Yama Mama
Midrsv Posted July 1, 2009 #7 Posted July 1, 2009 I may ride up on Sunday to check things out. Dennis
saddlebum Posted July 1, 2009 #9 Posted July 1, 2009 Hey Peggy think you can dust off that old 66 Opel if I come down
Yama Mama Posted July 1, 2009 Author #10 Posted July 1, 2009 Ben how tall are you? Ron is 6'2" and with the passenger seat flipped forward and the driver seat slid all the way up, there was plenty of room for both of us. Now I had a 1971 Opel Rally. Now that was a wonderful car, but no back seat room. YamaMama:big-grin-emoticon:
Mariner Fan Posted July 1, 2009 #11 Posted July 1, 2009 I'm probably going to go. Let you know what day we are heading over.
Yama Mama Posted July 2, 2009 Author #12 Posted July 2, 2009 What would be the best day to go? [/quote I guess it is a toss up. I know it will be more crowded on Saturday and Sunday. However, the fireworks is Friday night. So in other words, I haven't a clue. We are going all 3 days, so we have it covered. Did you look at the website, www.newportmotorcyclerally.com Yama Mama
