RSTD Ape Hangers

I want a set of small ape hangers for my 06 RSTD because the wide grip of the factory bars don't work with my neck and shoulders. However, the locals are telling me there is no way it can be done. Does anyone know where I can get this done in reasonable driving distance from NWArkansas?

I put a set of 12 inch apes on mine without having to lengthen cables or anything. They go on just like normal handle bars. Everyone who says it cant be done due to the speedo doensnt know what they are talking about.

I put Tour Delux bars on my venture. They come back and are much wider than stock Venture bars.
