Well....my radio seems to not keep the volume all the time. I understand when the noise around the bike gets louder the radio increases in volume. Seems like sometimes it does not keep the volume when I am out by myself.

Any thoughts????

Try adjusting the secondary (noise) volume level. It is the round ring that is around your main volume control. I set mine about 11 on the clock dial and it works good for me. Other than that the mic pad might be dirty or the secondary volume control pot might also be dirty.

Check the mute switch to see if it hasn't been bumped accidently. Maybe???
