Dano Posted May 26, 2009 #29 Posted May 26, 2009 Glad to hear your friends are OK, made sure when I was on the road this weekend that helmet and leather was on. Happy to hear everyone else made it OK. Prayers for quick healing on the way. Dan
Bob Myers Posted May 26, 2009 #30 Posted May 26, 2009 Thank you Joe for updating us, Tina and Ray and I were anxiously awaiting news. Speaking of Ray, without any prodding he told us that you guys welcomed him as if he were part of the Venture family. For this you have my sincere gratitude. I feel badly about inviting him along and then not being there to accept responsibility for all I promised. He is really impressed with the group, and now wishes he had a grown up Yamaha too:crackup:

Unless it's a moped, I do have SOME dignity! Bob, go easy on poor ol' Ray. He told us what a slave driver you are, cracking the whip on him all day long. Poor guy...... Joe
Iowawegian Posted May 26, 2009 #32 Posted May 26, 2009 Just saw your post. Glad to hear things are better!
FreezyRider Posted May 26, 2009 #33 Posted May 26, 2009 Just wanted to let everyone know....I just talked to John. He and Teresa are both hurting in a lot of places today...shoulders, legs, arms, places that they didn't hurt yesterday. Teresa is walking on crutches, can't put any weight on the leg yet. She has a checkup with her Dr at 2:00 this afternoon. They are both thankful and amazed. Thankful that they basically walked away from this and have no serious injuries. And amazed that so many people here on this site bothered to send up prayers on their behalf. I keep telling them that the VR folks are the best anywhere! They're starting to believe me now! Joe
