AlbertaClipper Posted May 23, 2009 #1 Posted May 23, 2009 Has anyone found a keyless gas cap that will work on a RSV?
Uturn Posted May 24, 2009 #3 Posted May 24, 2009 Sorry to interrupt, but I remembered yesterday to check the two screws on the ubder side of my gas cap. Sure enough, they needed tightening. Advise all to check theirs. Now, I would be interested in one of the caps if found. Keep us informed. MIKE aka Uturn
brewser23 Posted May 24, 2009 #4 Posted May 24, 2009 I have the flush mount one made by Kuryakyn on my 05 TD. If you go to www.jpcycles.com and click on the gas tank section a sub heading with the caps and gauges comes up, a bunch of different styles there. Hope this helps.

Did you have to glue the outer ring on to the tank? I wonder if the outer ring will fit in the curve of the switch cover on the Venture?
brewser23 Posted May 25, 2009 #6 Posted May 25, 2009 No problem, I had to glue the outer ring and if your Venture is a 2nd gen it should fit ok. I have had it on my TD since June of 05 without any issues.
