wild hair 39 Posted May 22, 2009 #1 Posted May 22, 2009 sunday lost phone service,called at&t,phone off the hook,checked all my lines,nothing wrong,call at&t,they will send a tech out wed,wed came and went,called at&t again,was told had a group re pair,going on,didn't tell me about this mon,just that ihad a phone off the hook,wouldn't tell me when the repair was expected to be complete,guess when you live off of the betten path,and don't use them for anything except a line,if it wasn't for this laptop,i wouldn't need a land line to big to fail lowell
mini-muffin Posted May 22, 2009 #2 Posted May 22, 2009 Wow sorry to hear that Lowell glad your back up and running. Some people just don't treat their customers right. Maybe you can figure out another way to use your laptop since that's how they treat you when there's a problem. Margaret
