Here's the progress on the wiring as of right now. I've just got 1 more connector to replace then wire in the new and improved wiring harness, plus tie some grounds and brown leads together. Unfortunately I'm running out of chrome wire loom so that part won't get done. Our local Pep Boys is out of stock but there is a website from the manufacturer, www.spectreperformance.com so I will order from them...

I'll give ya credit Bob. You are dedicated. I was whining the whole time I was building the harness for my bumper and fender, LED marker and driving lights. I had nothing to crab about.

I wish I could do that. First time I met Frogman I was having wiring problem with "Blue Beast" He took over and scared me to death!! Started throwing wires everywhere and cutting anything that got in the way!!! Before I got over my shock to stop him Bike was fixed!!!! Wiring just plain scares me.

I think I know exactly what your wiring problem is ... it is that wire 2nd to the left...I think it is yellow.

Dinner break, and I'm now wiring in the new fuse blocks, 6 fuses on the brown line, and 6 on the red line!! I also discovered that not all brown lines are created equal, some come from the ignition switch, and some are fused after that, ie horn, brake light switch, etc...

 

It's taking a little longer than I expected, but the wiring should be done before I hang it up for the night!

My left rear turn signal is on all the time - still blinks when it should but just stays on.

 

In your travels around the wire loom see any thing that might be a clue?
