Stratcat Posted May 18, 2009 #1 Posted May 18, 2009 Here is our latest! This is Heaven Hill a local Louisville band that is now getting national air play http://wwww.myspace.com/heavenhill We have been given the gig to make a production video for TV and I-Tunes on their hit single "Going Down". We are going to shoot it in the old school style in the vein of early Motely Crue or Van Halen Videos. Should be a fun project. The only downside is it will be shot the same weekend as Don's Maintenance Day, so I'll miss yet another. I am hoping with their success we get some visability with this one on a national level. Anyway, this was just a spur of the moment fun shoot we did at a Derby celebration in Louisville where they were celebrating having the #1 requested Rock song in Louisville. Let me know if you hearing it in your market if your into Rock music. Stratcat Posted May 18, 2009 Author #3 Posted May 18, 2009 (edited) They Are Good musicians, and I whish'em Luck... but they sounds too simular to Audio Slaves. Sorry guys, but if you wanna go National, you better come up with something new and original. Just my 2c. YouTube - audio slave - cochise Thanks Dan, but I will respectfully disagree. What brought me to these guys was I heard them on the radio one day and thought it was some of the freshest rock I have heard in awhile, I didn't think they sounded like everything else on the air these days. so I looked them up and made a pitch for their video because I liked the tune so much. I think anyone can be made a comparitive since it's real hard to come up with anything truly unique and new, but I think if you give these guys a listen on thier MySpace you'll see they have real range. Appreciate the feedback and thanks for watching. My $.02 Edited May 19, 2009 by Stratcat
yamahamer Posted May 18, 2009 #4 Posted May 18, 2009 I like it! :happy34: They have there own sound and seem to have it together. They remind me of Earshot and Shinedown not that they sound the same but the fact they don't sound like everyone else. Thanks for shareing. Keep us old metal heads posted.
