What coolant to use?

I have a 1988 Venture Royale. I'm wanting to change and flush engine coolant. What is the recommendation for coolant? I have access to Toyota Long Life type (dark red colour).....would this be suitable/ acceptable?? As i understand it.....it should be mixed 50/50...is that correct? Thanks. rez

If your doing a complete flush and fill, any coolant will be fine.
