minnmac Posted May 13, 2009 Author #16 Posted May 13, 2009 thank you all, i know it,s sincere. i really wasn,t gloating { too much} but it really did take a year of looking. it,s not perfect and needs a little work on it but i,m happy with it. dan, i wasn,t as lost as renate thought. i got caught in the yukon in a blizzard and had to run full chain for 300 miles to get to civilization. took me 2 1/2 days to do it but knew where i was most of the time. would be great to ride sometime. right now our only solid plans are PITP in sept and Octoberfest in new ulm in oct. anyway, back to work so i,ll say ride safe and be careful everyone al
krispy Posted May 13, 2009 #17 Posted May 13, 2009 Al, If you get to Octoberfest in New Ulm you are only 30 miles from us. October is a busy month for us, but keep in touch on this. Maybe we can hook up. Larry
