bongobobny Posted May 9, 2009 Share #1 Posted May 9, 2009 OK after struggling for days trying to get my new brake system primed and bled, I broke down and bought a Mighty Vac. A couple of squeezes and fluid was a flowin'!! rod Posted May 10, 2009 Share #10 Posted May 10, 2009 A tip for the vacume bleeders. I had a problem with the hose coming loose on the bleeder fitting. To make a "clamp" I cut a piece of rubber fuel line with the ID of the OD of the bleeder tube and slipped it over the bleeder hose to make a tigher fit. as a bonus it also keeps the hose from folding over and kinking.
