Marcarl Posted May 3, 2009 #9 Posted May 3, 2009 Couldn't find someone not right? I recall someone asking me for my underwear because THEY wanted to put them on.. Enough said?.............:rotfl: So are you saying that you were advertizing your underwear and you wanted someone to model them for you?????? Would've had to been a person of proper size I'm sure!!!!!!!
TATERS Posted May 3, 2009 #10 Posted May 3, 2009 Had a great time at my first meet and eat. Thank you Bob and Becki! My only regret is that I didn't mingle enough . . . and before we new it. . .our time was up for the restaurant. . . . and we needed to clear out. We met alot of great people. (All on my friends list). . . of course. May I suggest name tags for us with poor memories? lol. Hey Marcarl! You kept me hanging. . . . Never got to hear the rest of your outhouse story. You are all a great bunch of people and it was my pleasure to meet all of you. Hey Sonny! How did you do at the Casino? Did you leave some for me? I also met someone even shorter than me . . . but I can't remember her name. . . Hey shorty. . . .how are you? lol The best waxed bikes award goes to my friends Spankym and Dogman. Wow!!!!! what a shine. . . Could you give my chauffer (Big Tom) some pointers?
sleepy2 Posted May 4, 2009 #11 Posted May 4, 2009 Thanks also for a great meet & eat! Was a bit windy on the way there & home but was glad I rode. Wished wife had come also but new bike(2000 Roadstar) isn't comfortable enough for long distances(bridges would have bothered her tho--heights) Reminded her of Carl's meet & eat coming up & as far as I know she will be there. WAY TOO many potholes tho--where do they spend the tolls collected---not on the road! All in all great meet!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD JOB BOB!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wizard765 Posted May 4, 2009 #12 Posted May 4, 2009 Great pics Craig: Taters.. That "shorter than you" person would be my wife Robin. She isn't on the site because she isn't very computer savvy. She does love to ride though and comes to every event we can make it to. Great times.. I really enjoy meeting people and putting faces to names etc. Bob you did good. Great food and easy to get to. Lots of room for parking. Good turn out. Am hoping to see more Americans at these events soon. The only glitch I had was following MarCarl while he argued with his GPS and we took a short tour of Western New York. LOL Wayne
Evan Posted May 4, 2009 #13 Posted May 4, 2009 [still geting used to posting properly - this earlier post should have gone here I think] Like to add our big thanks to Bob and also send our appreciation to all who made our first M&E a totally enjoyable event, other than the time spent in line at the border - and for the record, it took us much longer to get back into Canada than it did to enter the US. Several of us followed Swifty back to the border, and even Swifty couldn't make the line move quicker! Also, I am attaching a few additional pics. One is of Wizard 765 checking out my 88VR that I recently purchased. That is what got me involved here, which is a good thing!!!!! Looking forward to MarCarl's. Evan & Anne Attached Thumbnails

dogman Posted May 4, 2009 #15 Posted May 4, 2009 This was my first meet and eat and I really enjoyed it. Like Spankym said I met some new friends and look forward to riding with them in the future. I rode back with Swifty, Greener and Evan. Luckily at the Boarder, I didn't get stopped. Swifty was the unlucky one that got flaged over.
