Guest Bob [Tigerman] Kirby Posted August 19, 2007 #1 Posted August 19, 2007 Someone let me know where to get the carb. sinc. tool so I can come back on here and brag on myself.
Johnh Posted August 19, 2007 #2 Posted August 19, 2007 You could make your own, then really brag. There are a couple posts on here how to do it.
Monsta Posted August 19, 2007 #3 Posted August 19, 2007 Get about 10-12 feet of tubing, a 2 or 4x4 to attach it to and then fill with gear oil.* Works great. *Not complete instructions, of course.
M61A1MECH Posted August 19, 2007 #4 Posted August 19, 2007 Try the Morgan Carbtune at this web site http://www.carbtune.com/ Very easy to use, reasonablly priced and good folks to deal with. Nothing to spill or wory about sucking up into your bike.
V7Goose Posted August 19, 2007 #5 Posted August 19, 2007 JC Whitney has a four gauge set for about $54. Goose
Guest Bob [Tigerman] Kirby Posted August 20, 2007 #6 Posted August 20, 2007 Kirby;122615']Someone let me know where to get the carb. sinc. tool so I can come back on here and brag on myself. Hey THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP. RESPONSES WERE GREAT.
RustyRecycledToy Posted August 20, 2007 #7 Posted August 20, 2007 JC Whitney has a four gauge set for about $54. Goose and it is backordered until 7-10 business days from 9-20-07. You also have to make sure you manually enter the catalog part number vs. the website part number. There is roughly a $25 difference between the two. I bought a carbtune instead. Should be here any day now.
