Levelling Links Question

I'm in the process of putting on Diamond R's levelling links. Are they supposed to be shorter than the originals? My OEM links are about a 1/4 inch longer than Diamond R's. I was assuming Diamond R's would be longer seeing as how they boost the height of the bike a bit. Thanks for any help.

yep, shorter is correct. Because of the geometery the shorter links will raise the rear end about 3/4".
