Guest BluesLover Posted April 21, 2009 #1 Posted April 21, 2009 With the riding season in bloom, I thought the following article - written by the fellow who does the "Ride Like a Pro" videos - worth sharing. Regardless of how long you've ridden, its always good to have a quick refresher, especially if you haven't been on a bike in a few months. Cheers,
timgray Posted April 21, 2009 #2 Posted April 21, 2009 Great document. I wish there was a way to force uneducated moped riders to read it. We have a LOT of really really uneducated or untrained moped riders around here that ride with their feet on the ground dragging. It's mindblowing.
KiteSquid Posted April 21, 2009 #3 Posted April 21, 2009 Thanks for the reminder from Jerry (Motorman) Palladino. Four great points to help us control our machines at a higher skill level!!!!! I have seen a lot of "duck walkers" on bikes as well as mopeds lately, or maybe I did not notice them until I saw Ride Like A Pro to learn that it was a bad habit!!!!
kenw Posted April 21, 2009 #4 Posted April 21, 2009 Thanks, As i'm driving a heavier bike than I'm used to, these tips become more and more important!
