saddlebum Posted April 20, 2009 Share #1 Posted April 20, 2009 I just found out today that a friend of mine is on life support and in a coma, he is 48 yrs old and has a wife and too beatiful little girls. He had just bought himself a new Harley Fat Bob and it was only his third or forth time out on it, this guy is a highly experienced rider. It happened during rush hour on the QEW in Burlington. Apparently for some unknown reason he was forced to brake extremely hard and lost control of the bike. A doctor and nurse Happen to be right there and tended to him imiadiatly until the ambulance arrived. Witness say he was not speeding or driving recklessly, but no one can say for sure what happened. I am still trying to find out more but I can't reach familly members and the hospital is saying very little at this time to any one who is not direct familly
