Speedo/odo help?

First time out this year...speedo works fine, but odometer doesn't. What's going on?

Well, the faster you go, the shorter the distance, so I guess that explains it...

I hear that the older you get the less a speedo works,,, but the odometer still clicks on,, maybe you are in need of glasses.

Maybe you could ASK ECK, he has all the answers.

 

Try pushing the reset button on the tripometer, could be that it's not centered properly and got things tied up. It does happen.

There's a couple of 1300 dashes on Ebay right now. Although I can't remember seeing one in KM's...

got it covered locally, and thinking of changing the Browner's name to Benjamin Button as a result. For those serious responses, thanks, and for those that were not so serious....

Always glad to help,, but when it comes to older speedos I thinking there's very little that can be done. Sorry to deflate your bubble,,,but that's life and you might as well get used to it.
