Venturing to school

Today I passed a school and saw a Venture Royale 1300 in a school's drop off lane. At first I thought it was a teacher but then I realized it was a Dad dropping his son off to school. I look forward to taking my son to school on a bike, but he's only 5 now so that's a few years off. Looked like a fun way to go to school!

I remember my Dad used to ride me on his bike when I was very young. I had my own little helmet, and I sat in front of him. He said sometimes I fell asleep, and he would put a bungy around me to help hold me there...lol.

I take my daughter to school often on the bike. She lights up when I say we are doing it. Her friends think its the coolest thing as well.

That's how I get to school. But I do the driving!

right now a "suzuki" to school. but in a month and a half i'll probably be picking up a venture and then i can pick what bike i want to ride that day!
