a1bummer Posted April 8, 2009 #2 Posted April 8, 2009 I saw that on TV last night. Not sure what I think yet. I think it would come in handy for some disabled people in wheel chairs.
mraf Posted April 8, 2009 #3 Posted April 8, 2009 Nope, I'm not getting into a sardine can that drives me around. Baww-ha-ha I'll get everyone into these bugs all at once and drive them into the ocean! I'm a super genius! Evil master plan.:rotfl: I don't like putting the actual driving into a computers control. Give me a electric vehicle I can control that will survive a NY winter. That will be a tough one.
Bummer Posted April 8, 2009 #4 Posted April 8, 2009 I was going to poo poo this as silly until it occurred to me that this may well turn into the wheel chair for the hot rod generation. Way better than my Mom's Rascal scooter. I can see the entire Baby Boomer generation tearing up the sidewalks at the old folks homes in those things.
Condor Posted April 8, 2009 #5 Posted April 8, 2009 Sure this is gonna happen... :-) .... right when GM is preparing to file for bankruptcy.
Snarley Bill Posted April 8, 2009 #6 Posted April 8, 2009 we have a mall here that security uses those things. i always wonder what happens if they have a computer glitch. sure is hard on the front teeth. :rotf:
E-Fishin-C Posted April 8, 2009 #7 Posted April 8, 2009 I rather be on a bike than in one of those things

a1bummer Posted April 9, 2009 #9 Posted April 9, 2009 Did anyone see that movie WAL-E? (Or something like that) All us fat people need to walk a little more anyway. Ya! I for one!
