Monty Posted April 5, 2009 #1 Posted April 5, 2009 We went riding this weekend, and I found this... http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i274/13thAFMonterey/royal20blue.jpg I bought it for $2000. Mine has more lights on the back, is in excellent shape, and the paint matches my bike exactly(stroke of luck). I just pulled it 150 miles home. It pulls great! Did I get hurt:thumbdown:, or did I do good?
Monty Posted April 5, 2009 Author #2 Posted April 5, 2009 Hmmm.....38 views and not one comment. Am I in the doghouse here? Has anyone owned one of these?
OutlawRider Posted April 5, 2009 #3 Posted April 5, 2009 Looks great I'll have to keep my eyes open. My wife like to pack and you never know what you'll find on a trip you can not live with out. Good buy and I like the lights.
Freebird Posted April 5, 2009 #4 Posted April 5, 2009 Escapade makes a great trailer. I think you did good.
StarFan Posted April 5, 2009 #5 Posted April 5, 2009 Don´t know the prices but that sure is one good looking trailer. Congrats!
heatonmt Posted April 5, 2009 #6 Posted April 5, 2009 you know what they say about buying something If you like the deal and the seller liked the deal it must have been a good deal. That is a nice looking trailer and if I was looking and found it I would have bought it also. Two thumbs up.
Monty Posted April 5, 2009 Author #7 Posted April 5, 2009 (edited) Thanks. I looked at a new Escapade Classic(just like mine), and with all of the added xtras and doodads mine has, it came to like $3700. Edited April 5, 2009 by Monty
Marcarl Posted April 5, 2009 #8 Posted April 5, 2009 I can see why it was so reasonably priced,,,,now if it was brown, it'd be faster!!!!!
Red Ryder Posted April 5, 2009 #9 Posted April 5, 2009 Great Looking Trailer, what you heading up here to do some fishing, not biting yet, but soon. Not a bad price. Have Fun, Later-
Monty Posted April 5, 2009 Author #10 Posted April 5, 2009 Fishing? I already live on the best fishing lake in the states...lol Ky Lake....excellent crappie fishing...and they are biting right now. I do miss those German Brown Trout from up that way, though. I used to stand at the Con Ed discharge in Waukegan, Il and catch those Trout. Lotsa fun.
SteveB Posted April 5, 2009 #11 Posted April 5, 2009 The only problem I can see with the trailer is you don't live closer so I could borrow it. The important thing is do you think you got a good deal. If that is the case well you got a good deal.
99silver Posted April 5, 2009 #12 Posted April 5, 2009 If it has more lights what are you going to haul in it, a generator ?? LOL , It really looks like a nice rig. Gary
Monty Posted April 6, 2009 Author #13 Posted April 6, 2009 We are happy with it. I think I'm gonna change all the lights to LEDs.
Monty Posted April 6, 2009 Author #14 Posted April 6, 2009 Here it is...finally got pics. http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i274/13thAFMonterey/trlr1.jpg http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i274/13thAFMonterey/trlr2.jpg http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i274/13thAFMonterey/trlr3.jpg
