Cougar Posted April 2, 2009 Author #26 Posted April 2, 2009 Thanks for all the kind post gang, man it is like a relief to have the bike sitting back in my garage. I almost was going to sleep out there tonight! 4.5 months in the making. But only 3 months from the OK start to the finish.
GunnyButch Posted April 2, 2009 #27 Posted April 2, 2009 What do you think about the effort it takes to roll it backwards?
Cougar Posted April 2, 2009 Author #28 Posted April 2, 2009 Oh Man---- Butch.. Like a dream , I could not believe how easy it is to push around even on the gravel./ I even have a new invention in my garage already ( a winch) low down.. with a trailer coupler on the end of the cable. with remote on.. and it pulls the bike in the garage as well with easy. but I think I will not be needing that. Skipop Posted April 17, 2009 #29 Posted April 17, 2009 My 05 RSV with Hannigan kit is easy to push around. The skill is in parking where you dont have to back up. I back it with the trailer attached into the down hill spaces and then just pull out if I cant pull through one. In florida every paking lot has a up or down slope for the water runoff to the skitter ponds. Watched a two wheeler the other day that had parked nose in on an extreme grade. It took four men to drag it back out to get it turned around. Skipop
