When installing the new progressive springs at what point in the procedure does one refill the fork oil (13.5oz.) into each tube? I will be changing seals and all. Thanks

Once everything is together except the spring and cap bolt. Put in the oil, drop in the spring and close them up.

Your New Progressive Springs, are made of Thicker Material, then the OEM Springs.

 

SO: They take up More Cubic volume in the Tubes.

 

 

So: There is less space left for Oil.

 

Therefore, you must use Less Oil. About 1 1/2 oz. Less. The Oil level should be set to 5 1/2 Inches from the top of tubes, With the Forks Fully Compressed to the UP position.
