Guest eyehook Posted March 28, 2009 #1 Posted March 28, 2009 I did the Jason mod on my 86 and was wondering about connecting all 4 carbs?Has anyone tried this?Would it do any good or harm?
pegscraper Posted March 28, 2009 #2 Posted March 28, 2009 It won't hurt anything to try it. It won't do you any good either. The little 1/8" vacuum lines don't flow enough air and fuel to be anything more than a vacuum leak and make the engine idle rough. For comparison, the V boost passages on the VMX that this supposedly emulates are 32mm. An 1/8" is maybe 3mm. It's silly.
