Removing mufflers

Have not done it yet but want to know how much force needed to seperate existing OEM mufflers from the header pipes. Bike is only a year old. Is there a gasket and should I reuse existing . Using BUB Sleepers Mufflers. Pipes will be here in a couple of days.

Once you remove the bags, pipe hanger bolt and loosen the clamps they should slide off very easy. I just give mine a little twisting motion while pulling them off. There was not a gasket on my '08. Put the Road King Pipes on mine. Didn't need any gasket, the pipes tighten down good and snug no leaks.
