safety chains on trailers

I drag a trailer behnd my rsv and have no problems, the thing to remember is maintainance of the trailer tires, check the coupler bolt and head space and safety chains regularly. Keep a coupler lock in place to prevent the coupler form coming loose. Drive safe dont tailgate and last but not least, the trailer is covered on the rear with led run and stop lights and that is worth the small risk the trailer might come loose. These lights are far more visable than the stock lights on the RSV.
