hayes Posted March 16, 2009 #1 Posted March 16, 2009 I went to the Clymer.com website for a repair manual. All I could find was a manual for the 1999 to 2003 Venture. I have a 2006 Venture. I have heard that nothing has really changed on the Venture. Will this manual be all right for my 2006? Thanks. Dennis
MidlifeVenture Posted March 16, 2009 #2 Posted March 16, 2009 That should be correct but you have a repair manual here http://www.venturerider.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=91
KiteSquid Posted March 16, 2009 #3 Posted March 16, 2009 (edited) Scott2007's link above takes you to where you can download the Yamaha Factory Service Manual for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!! Down load the parts book too, so you can see how things are put together and you can get the part numbers for anything that needs replacement. Be forewarned The Service manual is about 13 Meg file....... I print just the pages I need, get em greasy while I am working on the bike, and I just throw them away and print again when I need it....... The advatage to having the Clymer manual also, is they sometimes show alternatitave methods and tools... Edited March 16, 2009 by KiteSquid
