Interesting ebay auction program.

Have any of you guys been involved in this auction program? Some of the stuff ends up going amazingly cheap. There is a timeline that restarts and goes 15 seconds from the last bid and if you are the last bidder and no one else bids for 15 seconds, you win at that price. The kicker is, everytime you bid, it cost you $.75 cents, whether you win or not.
