Bowing Out of this one: :sign **** happens: Looks like the NC trip is back on for a real possibility on the 18th and our STAR Chapter is going to Winston-Salem on Saturday the 2nd....So...Just can't make things come together to get this one done....:sign **** happens:...Maybe another one somewhere...Everyone have fun...Really wanted to be part of the Southern invasion....

For those of you planning on attending the 4/18 Meet & Eat in Gettysburg, I need to find out if you would be interested in a two hour guided tour of the battlefield. The cost would be divided among the people who are interested in going. I am thinking we should have two tours if everybody wants to do it. If you didn’t see Fitz’s post, here is the link

There wasn't too much interest in this so we will not have the tour. I encourage anyone who has never been to Gettysburg to take a ride around the battlefield though. There are many photo ops. We should have a side-Scavenger Hunt...You, your bike and a barn with a cannonball hole in it!

I absolutely agree. I was thinking about having a locked box with a slot in the corner of the room. Make an announcement that it is there. Anyone who wants to can make a donation and nobody will ever know how much or who. A couple of us can count it at the end of the day and I will make a donation Saturday night in the name of the M&E.

Yep I was thinking about doing the same thing, thought about handing out an envelope to everyone, and then letting them throw it in my tourpak, empty or not, no one would no or care who gave what. Craig
