Just curious.....where did you run across those chrome clutch and brake master covers? Never seen them before. Might have to get into a shooting match on those.

Looks like there is a shooting match !

I got them off of the Venture that I'm riding. I'm happy with a little less chrome, so I pulled them off.

Any chance, the screws come with it? I guess I can find screws...

The P.O. did a good of chewing it up, but it'll make a good temporary screw till you get a replacement. There are a number of specialty screw and hardware companies around that make Left handed screws. Other than that I think it's a standard 10m thread.

The left side one is still being used to hold my CB radio controls.

I'm still trying to find a 10mm reverse thread tap but no luck so far...

If you refer to the right Side Mirror Mount Thread, that's M10x1.25 LH.

Depending on what you're planning to do, you may have a Look on a Thread Former instead of a standard Tap.

I use them Formers lately more often and i'm very satisfied with the Threads generated. You can use them by Hand or in a Machine with no negative Effects. Threads in Aluminium are more stable than cutted Threads. Only "Downside" is you have to get yourself used to different Boring Diameters.
