A lot of standard venture owners have installed a complete AM/FM/CD in the left faring. I think if you check around the GM used parts yards you might find a CD player only out of a late model suburban that may fit.???

I put a Kenwood cd player in my 85 G1 and I never use it as it skips quite a bit, BUT i do use the Ipod or USB inputs all the time as you can cram a lot of mp3's on a 2 gb USB flashdrive theyre cheap to buy, theyre real small, and they NEVER skip!!!

My 83 has a Dual Model XD 1222 in it. Has cd, usb am/fm. It did not work when I bought the

bike. I found the same model on ebay in working condition for $20.00
