Good Ebay Experience

I had recently purchased a used clutch master cylander from jbike parts aka Fine Cycle of New Port Richey Florida, and when I received it, I found out someone had butchered the round area where it mounts on to the handlebar. Looked like swomeone had fit it onto a 1" bar. The whole thing was spray painted black, even the sight window. It was sold "as is" but I dropped a line to the dealer. I received a response literraly a minute later with an apology, and he gave me a full refund immediately!!!

 

As far as I'm concerned, that particular dealer is a class act and trys extremly well to please!! If you ever see anything advertised from him, buy with complete confidence that you are dealing with a reputible and honest dealer!! So very refreshing a change from dealers that don't care about anything but your money...

I have had real good luck with jbike. I've bought three items from them in the last few months and all arrived clean and checked out in very good condition. Better than I had expected even.

 

I'm surprised you got a nasty looking item from them. They do seem to be standup folks there and I'll keep buying from them.
