:big-grin-emoticon: Way to go Gary, you'll make it. How are you feeling otherwise? Are you getting used to the cocktail they have you drink? Watching the guys drink that at work, I'll stick to my fruit juice and water. Take care.

GOD BLESS

Sounds great Gary. Just enjoy the ride and stick to the basics and it will all come into place for ya. Hang in there. It gets better each day.

Keep up the good work, I have a good friend who had the surgery a little over a year ago, he started out at 500+ lbs, he is down to about 225 now.

I had the surgery in March 06 and I wouldn't change it for the world. I went from 284 to 170 in less than a year. I am 3 years out and am maintaining, currently at 171.6. It worked for me...it'll work for you. Keep up the good work brother. You'll feel better in the end. Keep us posted on your progress.:clap2:

I'm glad its working for you. You'll enjoy so much better health.

I'm 2 1/2 years out from Gastric Band surgery. Lost a hundred pounds and am stable (physically not mentally).

I still want to eat larger portions than I can, but the surgery limits that for me.

Good Luck on ya Bro!
