slick97spirit Posted February 20, 2009 #1 Posted February 20, 2009 Anybody ever use one of these. Boss took my Nuvi 350 so I thought I'd go ahead and try the upgrade. It's a little larger and has blue tooth capabilities. It also looks like you can use way points to choose your route, something I couldn't do on the other. I can't afford the motorcycle version.
Cougar Posted February 20, 2009 #3 Posted February 20, 2009 Only one that is above the 550 is the new 660 not released yet.
Freebird Posted February 20, 2009 #4 Posted February 20, 2009 No, that is just the Zumo series. The Nuvi series are numbered differently and there is a 760. I just haven't seen any posts here of anybody using one.
cecdoo Posted February 20, 2009 #5 Posted February 20, 2009 I have the Nuvi 750 I like it just fine, was about 200 bucks at Sams. I got the Ram mount that fits under left mirror. I like the wide screen, you can hook aux plug rite into tape player for sound thru bikes system or use fm built into nuvi. I dont think you will be dissapointed with the nuvi Craig
Cougar Posted February 21, 2009 #6 Posted February 21, 2009 GAtcha.. yep--- your right.. Guess I gatta read more better!
Gray Ghost Posted February 21, 2009 #7 Posted February 21, 2009 We picked up a 765 a little over a week ago. It is a pretty good GPS. I like some things that the Lowrance IWay 500C did better, such as being able to customize the display, but it has some features that the IWay didn't have.
