ok so i'm currently the high bidder on these RK mufflers at an insane low price right now what will i need to do to make them fit my 84 royale?

You'll have to make some brackets and do some modifying to the pipes coming out of the collector. It has been done by a few of the members here and there are some posts on it. Go to the search bar above and look for Muffler brackets or Roadking mufflers.
