SilvrT Posted February 8, 2009 #5 Posted February 8, 2009 For some reason, I've grown out of many of my hobbies. About the only thing I still partake in is shooting pool but even that I don't spend a lot of time at anymore. Once the warm weather comes around, I spend most of my spare time riding. Hobbies I was involved in a lot are... Repairing and painting vehicles (still tinkering with this one) Various building projects...mostly interior renovations Cabinetry work Camping, fishing, hunting Model cars Computers (started as a hobby...became a 20+ yr career)
bongobobny Posted February 8, 2009 #6 Posted February 8, 2009 I like photography, home improvement, music, travelling, socializing, and doing things for others. Not necessarily in that order. Right now, though, my main hobby is restoring/improving my 2 Venture Royales. This afternon I'm polishing a boatload of bolts and brake hardware...

SilvrT Posted February 8, 2009 #16 Posted February 8, 2009 solving difficult problems using EXCEL...my stuff stumps programmers Curt hey Curt... I'd love to challenge ya on that one ... I been programming, teaching, and developing custom apps in Excel since it came out and before that, I wrote a lot of macro scripts in Lotus 123, not to mention converting 123 spreadsheets and macros to Excel. Been doing this as a part of my computer consulting business for over 20 yrs. I always love a good challenge and learning new stuff is what keeps me going...perhaps I could pick up a few new ideas from you or vice versa. OK.. did I say one of my hobbies was programming? Actually, I don't do it as a hobby anymore...haven't since I found out I could get paid for it LOL
