T.J. Posted February 6, 2009 #1 Posted February 6, 2009 When I post to someone and am waiting for an answer. I have to back out of the post and go to another than go back into the post I posted to and than I can see a new post. Is it just me and some sort of a setting I need to make happen? In other words, I can't receive any new post if I don't get out and come back to the same post.
Venturous Randy Posted February 6, 2009 #2 Posted February 6, 2009 That is the way it works for me. It refreshs when you back out and go in again. Try hitting refresh and see what it does. RandyA
slick97spirit Posted February 6, 2009 #3 Posted February 6, 2009 instead of going to another post, try hitting your refresh page button.
T.J. Posted February 6, 2009 Author #4 Posted February 6, 2009 instead of going to another post, try hitting your refresh page button. I shall try it right after I send this and let you know. I hope it works.
T.J. Posted February 6, 2009 Author #5 Posted February 6, 2009 Well, I think that might do it. Thanks for the help. I will know more as I post more.
IH Truck Guy Posted February 7, 2009 #6 Posted February 7, 2009 After I post,I wait for my post to show up and then hit the new posts button and go from there.I guess it kind of refreshes it.
WilCruise Posted February 7, 2009 #7 Posted February 7, 2009 Yup, 90% sure it's a refresh thing. I go to the top of the page and hit the "UserCP" link. If my post is dark there's been a reply. If not, then I move on to new posts or a forum or something.
Marcarl Posted February 7, 2009 #8 Posted February 7, 2009 Nobody replys to me so I don't have that problem, makes life kind of simpler don't you think? and then I'm always right cause nobody argues with me.
mraf Posted February 7, 2009 #9 Posted February 7, 2009 I'm always right cause nobody argues with me. Oh yeah! Reason is because my dad always said to never talk back to your elders.
Freebird Posted February 7, 2009 #10 Posted February 7, 2009 I'm always right cause nobody argues with me. That's not true. I just proved it.
