MAINEAC Posted January 30, 2009 #1 Posted January 30, 2009 Botched Pizza Order Leads to Beating PALM COAST, FL (AP) -- Flagler County authorities say a restaurant owner pistol-whipped and beat a customer who complained that his takeout order was incorrect. Joseph Milano, the owner of Goomba's Pizzeria, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and released on bail. According to a police report, security footage from the pizzeria shows that Milano struck Richard Phinney with a gun. He then jumped over a counter and started to assault Phinney and his roommate. Phinney was at the pizzeria to collect a refund for a calzone, which he said was prepared incorrectly. He was taken to a hospital after the incident with a bloodied head. BuckShot Posted January 31, 2009 #6 Posted January 31, 2009 lots of folks up tight these days. Best to remove any bumper stickers you might still have on your vehicals. Studies show that people with bumper stickers on their vehicles tend to be more aggressive.

Good thing I was there to keep 86er in line or that delivery girl would have been drug behind by a 1st gen . BEER30
