Woke up to 61 degrees..

but it's a comming. Here in north east Tennessee, we have been just south and east of the train of ice and snow that has moved across the Ohio valley. We were rainy yesterday, but in the low 50's. By the time I get off work this afternoon, we are supposed to be getting closer to freezing. Yuck, I dread it.

It was amazing to walk out and it feel like a spring morning. At least I got a tiny taste of what we are all longing for.

Only down to 23 here this morning but snowing like crazy. We already have about 6" of new snow on top of the 12-16 that we already had. Schools have been closed today, not a usual thing around here. Still coming down hard.

22F here this morning and snowing like crazy. The weather-guessers say we should get heavy rain in the late afternoon to take out the snow. Schools are closed as well.

 

I put out large bowls of dry cat food on the front porch and the birds are having a banquet out there now.

We're suppose to hit 71 today, of course then it goes back down tonight. I never did like roller coasters.

Well mini, it is raining here now and has dropped about 10 degrees during my lunch hour. It's coming your way.

Rained this morning now pouring down the snow and temps dropping fast.

Yeah the winds are blowing pretty good here. About 20 - 30 mph. I know the rains on it's way. Temps got up already heading down now.
