That looks sweet! I had to cut back on my habit last fall though. It's tough to keep more than one bike with our winters and no garage!

I'm not too far from it - don't think I can get there before the auction ends, but if anyone buys it I'd be glad to stop by next weekend and help arrange transport or something if it'd help.

Yeah I had one just like it, mine wasn't in as good a shape as that one, but was pretty close. I'm sure that it will make someone a nice ride....I'm thinking no more than $3200 this time of year.

Ya know as much as I like 1stGens, when the price starts creeping up close to what a clean '99RSV is selling for, I'd think better of pulling the trigger on it...

I got really lucky on mine, Lonestar medic saw it on e-bay one day and I bought it the next, $3400 and the guy reimbursed me for my travel and hotal. I just went over 20,000 on it this week, Its been ALMOST too cold to ride here for the last couple days, I got down to 40 last night..............Oops gotta go, the better half wants to ride to New Braunfels for an ice cream. :missingtooth:

If that bike ends up bringing well over 4K, I better head to Daytona and pick up the 87 with 14k miles for 3750 on Clist I posted the link to( 3k cash would probably buy it) and relist it on ebay after a good wax and Polish.... Actually if I had the luxury and the money to have two bikes, I'd just keep it.
