Japan's Yamaha Motor Co Ltd made the announcement on Friday, confirming it would cut output by halting production at 11 facilities amid the global economic slump. 1BigDog Posted January 20, 2009 #2 Posted January 20, 2009 Hmmm, I can see a big backorder on parts in the future too.....
CrazyHorse Posted January 20, 2009 #3 Posted January 20, 2009 I heard a radio ad today for HD anouncing price slashes. Couple years ago you wouldnt have heard that.
Dano Posted January 21, 2009 #4 Posted January 21, 2009 MamaYama also raised their current parts prices, some up 30% (Clutch boss for MK1-- $64 last year--- $95 now! Glad I broke mine last year!). Gotta make it up somewhere.
Red Ryder Posted January 22, 2009 #5 Posted January 22, 2009 Man, that bits, I was just about to order that brand new cassett player for the trunk. Guess I will have to update to a 8-track. Later-
