airdam lights '83

I have the chrome airdam on the bike (see photo album) and the light are flopping around in the sockets. Two questions, any ideas how to permanently tighten them up (given that the exhaust is really in the way) and two; one of them has a cracked housing, does anyone have a (used)replacement or a location where i might find one?

Am i correct that there are supposed to be two screws holding the light to the metal retaining clip?

This may be what you are looking for, can't seem to find them without the deeper housing...
