What was a minor computer problem, screen orientation on the tablet would not change, is with the help of tech support now a diaster. Can't access e-mail, can't print, damaged, missing and corrupted files which can not be repaired or re-downloaded, programs shutting down just because, external keyboard intermittent, Aaaarrrggghhh!!!:bang head: Wish I could restore to an earlier point and undo this @&*%! The latest solution is to re-format!! :smash2: Oh, btw, here's how ....

Hmm, 15 jobs per customer, some weekly, some bi-weekly some semi annual some ..well you get the pic. I'm glad to have one, it's just frustrating when stuff goes wrong and you can't fix it.
