We were discussing at work today how cabin fever has set in, and how we still have January and February to get through... when we decided what we needed to do was dig out... or rent one of those comedys, the one that you could see over and over again and it STILL makes you laugh. I mean really laugh....out loud.

Everyone still has their favorite.. the one that always makes them laugh...the one they think is the best one ever.

Does anyone remember Fatso? with Dom Deluise? or how about Night At the Roxburry?

I think we all need a good laugh. How about it? Let me hear what your favorite comedy is. :rotfl::rotf::rotfl::rotf:

Anyone remember the Goove tube? "Getertol, I think Ill keep her" :rotf:

I saw it when it was a new movie. That was Chevy Chase that said that line. And he had good reason to. :happy34:

There are so many "classics."

National Lampoon Vacation and Christmas Vacation are on the top of my list.

and lest we forget the quest for the Holy Grail

"It's a mad, mad, mad, mad world" 1963

Gotta watch it at least once a year and always love it. All of those zany "merry makers" flying berserk around southern California in those enormous, late 50's and early 60's American gas hogs, and all after the loot hidden somewhere in Santa Rosita State Park under a "Big W", which park never even existed! Nothing quite like it for comedy, before or since.

I like lots of the ones mentioned. I like Mel Brooks Men in tights. Oh and this movie (I don't think it did well in the theaters) but I laugh at it called Evolution. Gee there's just so many.

Not an actual movie, but the one that makes my cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing so much is "Bill Cosby Himself".

It's not all that old but my favorite is "My Cousin Vinny". :)

I know why you like that movie and it doesn't have anything to do with how funny it is. :rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf:
