Squidley Posted February 16, 2009 Author #52 Posted February 16, 2009 I haven't been dropping a lot of weight, but I have noticed that my endurance is increasing and my back isn't as sore. I would definitely like to loose weight, but I like the idea that my efforts are making me stronger. It will come off eventually, we all just have to keep at it. It's a lifestyle change, not a sprint, remember that and it puts it in a much easier perspective to keep at it BTW I'm still real proud of all of you folks for making the effort and for a good cause
RoadKill Posted February 16, 2009 #53 Posted February 16, 2009 Kind of leveled off at 19 lbs too, but I did splurge on Valetines Day. Back at work today, I'm back on the beam. 16lbs to go to my offical goal. I agree with you Squid, lots more energy and stamina.

VTirelli Posted May 16, 2009 #66 Posted May 16, 2009 to be honest folks...with everything going on here, I kinda forgot about this so I haven't even thought about losing weight. But I am more than willing to give whatever it works out to for not meeting the goal. Sorry, but I can only handle one crisis at a time.

I've been told I shouldn't lose anymore. Some folks seem to be worried they wouldn't be able to find me, but I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard. Margaret
