Yamaha mp3 player

When I bought my 2008 Royal Star Venture last April I received a Yamaha mp3 player and the problem I have is that I must have misplaced my instructions for it (and the driver software?). Does anyone have this unit who can tell me what I need to get this unit to work. Thanks

If youre runnin Xp or Vista the computer should just recognize it as another harddrive, so just plug it into your usb port on your computer.(unless its an ipod)

then you just find your mp3s on your harddrive and drag them onto your mp3 player that your computer probably sees as your e or f drive.

I did not know Yamaha was giving out an MP3 player when buying an 08, I got robbed on this one.

 

I do know you can plug an MP3 player into the Cassette deck, has a plug hole for an MP3.

I got robbed also as I didnt get one with my 08 also, but there is a plug above the tape player that you can plug that or a Ipod into. You lucky dog!!

Thanks for the info. Will try that. I've been using one of my old Mp3 players and it works very well when plugged into my cassette player on the bike but the Yamaha Mp3 player would fit a lot better.
