When I was in the USAF K-9 we had just the sleeve, no padded suit. We had several dogs that left bruises through the padding and hit hard enough to take you off your feet. I still have scars from the wrap with a hole or coming loose. Omar my squad leaders bomb dog was sent to Lacland AFB to test a bite meter ... he broke it 3 times! no one wanted to catch him. He broke 4 hands and 2 arms through the wrap that I know of. The first thing you did as a newbie was catch Omar,Pete and Big Baron, if you could do that you were in if not you went back to Law Enforcement. Rod
