Driving light spacer

A couple of years ago I bought a driving light spacer from someone on this site. The gentleman made them. Does anyone know who that was and if he still makes them? I sold the bike that I had it on and now need another one. Thanks

Thats the guy, he still sells them and he's out of Canada. Very reasonably priced, I bought one for my '08 last year
