N3FOL Posted January 4, 2009 #4 Posted January 4, 2009 There are times that I wish the Venture had a reverse gear like the Goldwing. I've now learned to position my bike if approaching an incline, selecting a parking spot, or a turn around...so as not to make me work the bike backwards. However, this makes my calves well developed the more I ride my bike and move the bike backwards.
