It does to me, I have a complete frame I can't title and two spare engines. I was kinda looking for a frame that could be titled so I could start a Venture cruiser custom. Pm me or call me so we can talk about it.

Hope he shows up Jim. Lately, every time a CL'er answers one of my ads, and makes an appointment to come over they never show. MOF I don't even dicker on the price over the phone any longer. I basically tell them to stand in front of me with green in hand, then we'll talk. In your case I'd get the money, give him the signed title, and then have him pick up the frame later.
