MidlifeVenture Posted December 29, 2008 #1 Posted December 29, 2008 I got the leather tank bra for Christmas and saw that the clip for the intercom will be in the way. Is it just double faced tape holding it on? I want to use the pouch on the bra to hold my I-pod.If it is tape any one know what is the best tape to replace it out of the way?

I don't have the Yamaha Bib but this is how I mounted the cord holder on mine. I added an elastic later to hold the plug up rather than possibly rubbing on the tank. Keith
RedRider Posted December 30, 2008 #4 Posted December 30, 2008 Another alternative is to ziptie the cord to your handlebars near the clutch hand. This arrangement also keeps the cord from hanging up on your riding jacket (pocket flap, emblem, etc.). It cleans up the lines on the tank also. RR

Little Bob Posted January 3, 2009 #6 Posted January 3, 2009 I have a hoppel tank bib looks like the same that he has. Bought of ebay $51. Works great my mp3 player fits perfect inside. 3m tape is the way to go.
